Plate and Frame Heat Exchangers
MultiTherm’s plate and frame heat exchangers are easy to install and expand. They can be built in a variety of materials, including stainless steel, titanium, and other metals, and they are easy to maintain and relocate if needed. Plate and frame exchangers can be built to comply with a number of different operational standards, including ASME, Section VIII, Division I stamp, or "U" and "UM" stamps.

Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers
MultiTherm creates brazed heat exchangers to perform at the highest levels. They have a compact design, are self-contained, and can be used on numerous applications. MultiTherm brazed heat exchangers can be built to comply with ASME, Section VIII, Division I stamp, or "U" stamp standards, and will ship with the appropriate certification.

Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers
Shell and tube heat exchangers include tube options ranging from 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, and 1” tubes, compressed fiber gaskets, titanium plates and frames, and a copper-nickel brazed plate.

Aluminum Bar and Plate Heat Exchangers
Aluminum bar and plate heat exchangers are typically employed in energy & power, general industry, mining & quarrying applications, and employ lube oil cooling. Some features include rugged aluminum bar and plate construction and thermally efficient assemblies that are up to 65% smaller than fin tube designs.

Plate Fin Core Heat Exchangers
Plate fin core heat exchangers are often used in general industry applications, and employ a copper tube air cooled heat exchanger, aluminum plate fins, 1/2″ seamless copper tubes and copper headers, a galvanneal steel core housing, and a max working pressure of 300 psi with a maximum working temperature of 350 degrees.
